Being a consistent Top Producer in the Fraser Valley, I am often asked about my success.
A few years into my career, I was a single mum of 3 boys and was drowning in debt, unable to build my business and considering what other line of work I could go into.
I hired a Real Estate Coach years ago, and I credit a lot of my success to the coaching I’ve received since then.
Coaching has kept me grounded; goal oriented; focused; and open to opportunities. It’s been an excellent way for me to discuss my struggles, concerns, goals, achievements and successes in a safe, confidential environment.
Having a Coach who is also a REALTOR® has also allowed for a greater understanding of the challenges and the ups-and-downs that Real Estate brings and I continue to be coached on a regular basis.
In 2017 I committed to beginning my own journey of Coaching Training. I began with CTI Training. The Co-Active Training Institute was founded in 1992 and is the world’s largest in-person coach training organization with over 62,000 trained*. CTI Training is a holistic program including Life & Business Coaching. I thoroughly enjoyed it, but decided I wanted to focus on Real Estate Coaching, and after more focused training, I became an Accredited Real Estate Coach through the well-known Nature of Real Estate program.
Since that time, I have enjoyed coaching new REALTORS®, seasoned REALTORS® and many in-between!
